These classes take place both inside our community air-conditioned room and also in our big community park during the cooler months. I teach groups of women resistance training with weights, I also incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells and kettle bells. I teach the best exercises targeted to give you a great workout which will strengthen and condition your whole body. A fantastic mix of exercises including cardio not only to strengthen your body and get you fit, but also to feed your mind, body and soul..

Ladies AquaFitness/Water Aerobics....
These sessions are performed in our large community outdoor pool. A full hour of fantastic exercises with NO impact on the joints to strengthen your whole body. We are using the water as resistance to give you a great cardio workout at the same time as gaining strength and toning those muscles. Perfect for anyone with joint issues such as arthritis or recovering from injury.
